Toad House - Your gardener's best friend!
"If a person is a gardener, his/her most treasured ally is likely to be the
humble toad. A toad is a prodigious consumer of just about anything that
moves and will fit in it's mouth. They eat nearly 100 insects every night,
beetles, caterpillars, flies, larvae, moths, and slugs and snails too!"
"Toads require a cool, damp place to live. And unless you have an unusually
wet plot, you'll need to add a small pond, (an old dish pan buried to the rim
filled with water and a few rocks that protrude above the surface)".
